SUBJECT: Public Notice – Approval of Parcel Map LD 2020-70623 Location: 4199 Woodlane Ct
Developer: WLV 1 DEVELOPMENT LLC
Description: 1.048 Acres 2-Lot Subdivision for residential purposes
Pursuant to Sections 9-3.946, 9-3.1002 and 9-3.1003 of the Municipal Code, notice is hereby given that the City Engineer has reviewed, and, following the Public Notice at City Council, will approve that certain Final Map entitled Parcel Map No. LD No. 2020-70623, located at 4199 Woodlane Ct (Attachments #1 and #2), submitted by WLV 1 DEVELOPMENT LLC (developer). Specifically, the City Engineer has caused the map to be examined and has made the following findings:
1. The map substantially conforms to the approved tentative map, and any approved alterations thereof and any conditions of approval imposed with said tentative map.
2. The map complies with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act and any local ordinances applicable at the time of approval of the tentative map.
3. The map is technically correct, pursuant to review by the City Surveyor.
Said map will be finalized and recorded unless a valid appeal is filed within 10 calendar days from public notice of the action, September 23, 2025 City Council meeting. The appeal shall state which of the above findings made by the City Engineer was improper or incorrect, and the basis for that conclusion.
