RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF THOUSAND OAKS ESTABLISHING NEW
SALARY SCHEDULE FOR GENERAL EMPLOYEES
[THOUSAND OAKS CITY EMPLOYEE
ASSOCIATION (TOCEA)] AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-025
WHEREAS, Thousand Oaks City Employee Association (TOCEA) classification salary ranges were previously established by Resolution No. 2025- 025; and
WHEREAS, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) provisions require that classification salary ranges be adjusted to incorporate salary adjustments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Thousand Oaks as follows:
SECTION 1. That this Resolution shall rescind and supersede Resolution No. 2025-025 as to TOCEA members.
SECTION 2. That the attached Salary Schedule (Exhibit A) be adopted which provides in part:
1. Adding new classifications effective January 31, 2026:
a. Accounts Payable Technician, Range 117
b. City Arborist, Range 124
c. Revenue Customer Service Representative, Range 117
d. Senior Revenue Customer Service Representative, Range 121 e. Senior Laboratory Chemist and QA/QC Officer, Range 138
2. Internal Salary Range Adjustments (new numbering system) effective January 31, 2026, for all classifications in this unit.

SECTION 3. The provisions of this Resolution shall become operative and in full force from and after January 31, 2026.
