RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF THOUSAND OAKS ESTABLISHING NEW
SALARY SCHEDULE FOR HOURLY EMPLOYEES
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2025-030
WHEREAS, Hourly Employee salary ranges were included in resolutions regarding General, Professional and Senior Management employees; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to establish a separate resolution only for Hourly Employees that mirrors adjustments provided to other City employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Thousand Oaks as follows:
SECTION 1. That this Resolution shall rescind and supersede Resolution No. 2025-030 as to Hourly Employees.
SECTION 2. That the attached Salary Schedule (Exhibit A) be adopted.
SECTION 3. The provisions of this Resolution shall become operative and in full force from and after January 31, 2026.
