RESOLUTION NO.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

CITY OF THOUSAND OAKS ESTABLISHING NEW

SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THOUSAND OAKS CITY

EMPLOYEE ASSOCIATION (TOCEA)

WHEREAS, Thousand Oaks City Employee Association (TOCEA) classification salary ranges are established by resolution of the City Council; and

WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understanding between the City and TOCEA requires that classification salary ranges be adjusted to incorporate salary adjustments.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Thousand Oaks as follows:

SECTION 1. This resolution shall rescind and supersede any previously adopted TOCEA salary schedule.

SECTION 2. The Salary Schedule attached to this resolution as Exhibit A is hereby adopted, which provides, in part:

3.0% Salary Adjustment for all classifications in TOCEA, and shall be effective July 4, 2026.
