RESOLUTION NO.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

CITY OF THOUSAND OAKS ESTABLISHING NEW

SALARY SCHEDULE FOR PROFESSIONAL

EMPLOYEES (THOUSAND OAKS MANAGEMENT
ASSOCIATION – TOMA)

WHEREAS, Thousand Oaks Management Association (TOMA)
classification salary ranges are established by resolution of the City Council; and

WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understanding between the City and TOMA requires that classification salary ranges be adjusted to incorporate salary adjustments.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Thousand Oaks as follows:

SECTION 1. This resolution shall rescind and supersede any previously adopted TOMA salary schedule.

SECTION 2. The Salary Schedule attached to this resolution as Exhibit A is hereby adopted, which provides, in part:

Classification range adjustment of 2.0% effective July 4, 2026 for all classifications.
