RESOLUTION NO.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

CITY OF THOUSAND OAKS ESTABLISHING NEW

SALARY SCHEDULE FOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT,

CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES
(SENIOR MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION – SMA)

WHEREAS, Senior Management Association (SMA) classification salary ranges are established by resolution of the City Council; and

WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understanding between the City and SMA requires that classification salary ranges be adjusted to incorporate salary adjustments.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Thousand Oaks as follows:

SECTION 1. This resolution shall rescind and supersede any previously adopted SMA salary schedule.

SECTION 2. The Salary Schedule attached to this resolution as Exhibit A is hereby adopted, which provides, in part:

Classification range adjustment of 2.0% effective July 4, 2026 for all classifications.
