SUBJECT:Public Hearing Continuance Request Regarding Appeal of Lot Line Adjustment PM-2025-70009
The subject hearing was scheduled for August 25, 2026, for the City Council to consider an appeal of the June 22, 2026, Planning Commission decision to approve a Lot Line Adjustment involving four (4) lots of record (PM-2025-70009).
On August 19, 2026, City staff received communications from the appellant requesting a continuance of the hearing to a date uncertain. Upon continuance of today’s hearing, staff will reschedule the hearing at an appropriate time in the future, as needed, in coordination with the appellant.
