Consistent with Government Code section 54953(e), councilmembers attended this meeting by teleconference. Members of the public were invited to participate in the meeting by live-streaming the meeting on the Town’s website and submitting comments to [email protected] to be included in the public record for the meeting.

Julie Jacobs asked if the Town had received any applications under the builder’s remedy and if any emergency shelters had been moved from downtown Tiburon to other locations.
Lorraine Gemigniani requested the Town hold a town hall-style meeting to address the coyote issue on the peninsula.

Councilmember Fredericks reported the CalCities Board is investigating a 2024 ballot measure related to land use regulations and requested the Council consider adoption of a resolution opposing the measure.
