The Council agreed to leave the seat vacant until the August 29, 2023 special municipal election.

TOWN COUNCIL REPORTS
There were none.
TOWN MANAGER REPORT
Town Manager Chanis reported the April 5 Town Council meeting would be cancelled and the annual Town Council Retreat/CIP Review was scheduled for the morning of April 20.
