MINUTES
Mayor Fredericks called the regular meeting of the Tiburon Town Council to order at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, in Town Council Chambers, 1505 Tiburon Boulevard, Tiburon, California.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Beth Mix, on behalf of the Parks for Parks group, spoke to the immediate needs of the Parks & Recreation Master Plan and asked about next steps.
Sanna Thomas, Climate Action Committee, spoke about building electrification.
Christina Cho Yoo offered her architectural services for the Parks & Recreation Master Plan.
CONSENT CALENDAR
CC-1. Conflict of Interest Code Update – Adopt resolution accepting the biennial review and update of the Town’s Conflict of Interest Code (Office of the Town Clerk) CC-2. Local Agency Investment Fund – Adopt resolution authorizing investment in the Local Agency Investment Fund and designating officers authorized to complete transactions (Office of the Town Manager)
CC-3. California Office of Traffic Safety Grant – Adopt resolution accepting Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety in the amount of $60,000 (Police Department)
