On November 19, 2024, the City Council of the City of Torrance adopted Ordinance No. 3939, which adopts amendments to the Torrance M unicipal Code (Division 9, Planning and Land Use Code) pertaining to prohibited signs, electronic/digital billboards, and enforcement.
