1 CALL TO ORDER
The Torrance City Council convened in a regular meeting on February 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the LeRoy J. Jackson Council Chamber, 3031 Torrance Blvd.

The flag salute was led by Councilmember Mattucci.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
No members of the public spoke.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council immediately recessed to closed session at6:02 p.m. to conferwith the City Manager and the City Attorney on agenda matters listed under 4A) Conference with Labor Negotiator, 48) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation, and 4C) Conference With Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation - Litigation pursuant to California Government Code 554957.6, California Government Code S54956.9(dX1), and California Government Code s54e56.e(dx4).
The City Council reconvened in public session at7:27 p.m. No formal action was taken on any item considered in closed session.
5. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Councilmember Kalani moved to adjourn the City Council meeting at7:28 p.m. to Tuesday, February 11,2025, at 5:00 p.m. for closed session, with regular business commencing at 6:30 p.m. in the LeRoy J. Jackson Council Chamber. Councilmember Gerson seconded the motion. The motion carried by a vote of 6-0 with Councilmember Lewis absent.
