How is it possible that city council has allowed 911 days to go by since a promotion has taken place at Torrance Police Department? As a citizen of Torrance I am in shock that this is taking place under your supposed “leadership.” As elected officials of the city, we expect more from you. It is time for someone on the council to take a stance that you are either for the police or not. Come election time your seats on the council might depend on it.
