ORDINANCE NO. 3947
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA REPEALING SECTION 8 OF
ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 3 OF DIVISION 4 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE IN ITS ENTIRETY
The City Council of the City of Torrance does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1
That Section 8 of Article 1 of Chapter 3 of Division 4 is hereby repealed in its entirety .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Torrance, California, does hereby ordain as follows:
INTRODUCED and APPROVED this 22 nd day of April 2025 . ,.
