I would like to express that the proposed building units be expressly low income housing, especially as they are desperately needed to stop the youth flight that's been happening.
I am emphatically for the adoption of more, mixed use zoning in Torrance, and would like to see further availability of such zones, especially to allow for more corner stores and and near residence activities to help build social cohesion.
