Looking into the Stryker Corporation that the city would be proposing to do business and associate with has brought up several major concerns.
Stryker Corporation has a long history of selling faulty equipment, noncompliance, unlawful conduct such as giving political figures kickbacks for adopting their use, knowingly causing harm to their customers, and supporting human rights violations.
While having public access to life saving devices is absolutely commendable, the specific use of trading with this specific corporation is morally dubious and would only lead to further scrutiny.
