CALL TO ORDER
The Torrance City Council convened in a regular meeting on October 14, 2025 at 5:02 2 3
FLAG SALUTE/ INVOCATION
The flag salute was led by Councilmember Kaji.
The non-sectarian invocation was given by Councilmember Kalani ORAL COMMUN¡CATIONS
No members of the public spoke
4. CLOSED SESSION
The City Council immediately recessed to closed session at 5:05 p.m. to conferwith the City Manager and the City Attorney on agenda matters listed under 4A) Real Property - Conference with Real Property Negotiator, and 48) Public Employee Performance Evaluation - Litigation pursuant to California Government Code 554956.8, and California Government Code 554957(bX1).
Councilmember Gerson arrived at the City Council meeting atS.27 p.m.
The City Council reconvened in public session at8:17 p.m. No formal action was taken on any item considered in closed session.
5. ADJOURNMENT

MOTION: Councilmember Gerson moved to adjourn the City Council meeting at 8:18 p.m. to Tuesday, October 21,2025, at 5:00 p.m. for closed session with regular business commencing at 6:30 p.m, in the LeRoy J. Jackson Council Chamber. Councilmember Kalani seconded the motion. The motion carried by a vote of 5-2 with Councilmembers Lewis and Sheikh voting no. 1 City Council
