NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Torrance City Council will conduct a special meeting beginning at 3:30 p.m. on 19th day, December, 2025, in the City Council Chamber.
Said special meeting shall be for the purpose of a closed session and discussion of the Armed Forces Day Parade, as described in the attached agenda.
