Greetings your Honorable Mayor and Council,
Last time this item was up turned into a late night and I unfortunately had to head home, but don’t worry Chen, I did watch online and appreciated your comments about public input.
With traffic a big concern of many residents, would there be more information available as to how the funds for Citywide Traffic Signal Improvements and COT Fiber Network and Traffic Signal Optimization will be used to improve our traffic and safety? Those both appear as larger line items within the budget, I feel it would be helpful for the rest of our residents to understand how those funds will be impacting their day to day.
