Hi Julia,
I am a resident of Torrance looking for some guidance on how I can submit a neighborhood request for a sound mitigation wall to be included in the 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan.
As a resident whose property line is directly behind the Roadium we the neighbors have been suffering through daily noise for decades.
This has personally resulted in mental issues and most recently a very tempestuous feud with the Roadium.
I have spoken to other neighbors and although their location is not as bad as mine, they have agreed that the noise is unbearable and most likely a violation of many laws.
Any assistance as to who I can contact will be greatly appreciated.
