DISCUSSION
This supplemental is being provided to address a scrivener’s error in the public hearing notice for the August 11, 2026 meeting.
The project number was correctly identified in the public hearing notice, and all other information, including the project name, applicant’s name, Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN), and project address, is accurate.
The error occurred in the Public Comment section of the notice, which requested that comments be titled “MHE26-00051” rather than the correct entitlement number, “MHE25-00051.” Staff will accept and include in the public record all public comments submitted under either project number, MHE25-00051 or MHE26-00051.
This correction does not affect the substance of the public hearing notice or the project information provided therein.
