DISCUSSION
This supplemental addresses the following:
1. A scrivener's error was found in Recommendation No. 6 – Approve Amendment No. 6 to Measure R Funding Agreement #MOU.MR312.23. Replace “C2011-192” with “C2013-69”.
2. Under the Discussion section, replace the section titled Torrance Transit Park and Ride Regional Terminal Project P4, FEAP 764 in its entirety with the following:
Torrance Transit Park and Ride Regional Terminal Project, FEAP 764 This project will enhance transit operations for Torrance Transit busses as well as those from Metro, City of Gardena, and Beach Cities Transit. On October 4, 2011, LACMTA and the City entered into a Funding Agreement providing Measure R South Bay Highway Program Grant Funds in the amount $1,000,000 for the project. Amendment No. 1 increased the grant amount by $7,600,000 (Measure M funds) bringing the revised grant amount to $25,700,000. Amendment No. 2 extended the fund lapse date to June 30, 2020.
Amendment No. 3 extended the fund lapse date to June 30, 2022. Amendment No. 4 increased the grant amount by $1,631,000 (Measure M funds) bringing the revised grant amount to $27,331,000. Amendment No. 5 extended the fund lapse date to June 30, 2024.
