We are Jim and Brenda Jeffries. Our house backyard butts up against the corner of Michelle Gainer/Frederick Kieser/Mary Lynne Boorn home. We can see the home and from upstairs we see the home perfectly. The way most of the homes in this section of the Riviera are positioned, we see into eachothers yards.
We are in support of the project specified above and ask the Council to approve MOD2600001.

My name is Sarah Villegas and my husband, Allan and I live at 422 Calle De Arboles, Redondo Beach, CA 90277.
We are in support of this project (MOD2600001: Michelle Gainer (Frederick Kieser and Mary Lynne Boorn).
Please approve MOD2600001 of the previously approved Precise Plan of Development PP8342 and put an end to this delay.
Rick and Mary Lynne are wonderful neighbors who go over and beyond to be respectful and kind to all of their neighbors. They care so much for our neighborhood and I think their project will be a fantastic improvement to our neighborhood and the City of Torrance!
