RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation of the Library Commission and Community Services Director that City Council accept and file the 2025-26 Library Commission Annual Report.

DISCUSSION
The 2025-26 Annual Report, which summarizes the Library Commission’s activities from July 2025 through June 2026, is attached for the City Council’s information and review. The Library Commission approved this report at its meeting on August 10, 2026, and moved to request that it be accepted by the City Council.
