DISCUSSION
Attached to this supplemental is a revised First Amendment to C2022-182 reflecting a minor correction to the contract name, changing it from “First Amendment to Vendor Services Agreement” to “First Amendment to Vending Services Agreement for Beverage Machines,” to align with the name of the original agreement. This correction is administrative in nature and addresses a scrivener’s error. It does not affect, alter, or otherwise modify the substance or terms of the agreement. All exhibits are available in the original agenda item.
