1. Second Reading of Ordinance 2024-01; Adding New Chapter 4 to Title 3 of the Trinidad Municipal Code to Provide Informal Bidding Procedures Under the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Action.

2. Authorize Staff to Develop a Proposal for the Adaptation Planning Grant Program (APGP) to Submit to the State of California Office of Planning and Research (OPR), for Edwards Street and Public Access Resiliency and Adaptation Plan.
