5. MOA between the City of Trinidad and Cher-Ae Heights Indian Community of the Trinidad Rancheria granting permission to include City roads on its National Tribal Transportation Facility Inventory (NTTFI).
DISCUSSION/ACTION AGENDA ITEMS
1. Discussion/Decision regarding Revised MOU Between the City of Trinidad and the Westhaven Community Services District regarding the Water System Intertie Project.
2. Discussion/Decision to Accept FY2022-2023 Audit.
3. Mid-Year FY 2024-25 Budget Update and Discussion/Decision to approve Budget Amendments; a. $60,000 for Town Hall Windows, Front Porch, and Rot repair. b. $25,000 For Classification and Compensation Study.
