Two items from reading through the packet:
There are some references to needing to "conduct formal Tribal Consultation". It would be good to get a little info as to why that step needs to be taken. For instance, Federal law or being a good neighbor, etc. Just curious from a process perspective.
On the draft Planning Application, has that been shown to any frequent or recent applicants to get their feedback?
