X. CONSENT AGENDA All matters on the Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and are enacted in one motion. There is no separate discussion of any of these items. If discussion is requested by any Council member, that item is removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately. 3. Second Reading of Ordinance 2025-02; Amending section 15.04.260 of the Trinidad Municipal Code and any other Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts of ordinances or resolutions that are in conflict with the Schedule of Fees for Building Inspection Services.
4. Enter into a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Trinidad and HCAOG regarding the Partnering Assets and Authorities for Comprehensive Transit (PAACT) Project.

DISCUSSION/ACTION AGENDA ITEMS
1. Discussion/Decision whether to confirm the Planning Commission’s recommended approval of the Yurok Indian Housing Authority Housing Project, 2025-01: Coastal Development Permit (CDP) and Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the development of five (5) single-story, singlefamily residences (approximately 1,440 square feet (sq. ft.) each) with related infrastructure on a
3.1-acre undeveloped parcel. The Planning Commission approved the Design Review and Grading Permit for the project and recommended approval of the CDP/CUP on June 18, 2025.
Located on the eastern edge of Trinidad City Limits, situated between Highway 101 and North Westhaven Drive; APN: 515-151-066.
2. Discussion/Decision regarding Participation in a Feasibility Study to Join the Trinidad Rancheria in a Drinking Water Pipeline Connection project with Humboldt Bay Municipal Water District.
3. Discussion/Decision regarding Town Hall Renovation Project – Windows, Rot Repair, Etc.
4. Discussion/Decision to Adopt the Assistant City Manager Job Classification into the City Staff Structure.
