X. CONSENT AGENDA All matters on the Consent Agenda are considered routine by the City Council and are enacted in one motion. There is no separate discussion of any of these items. If discussion is requested by any Council member, that item is removed from the Consent Calendar and considered separately. 3. Boardwalk Improvement Agreement Between the City of Trinidad and Cher-Ae Heights Indian Community of the Trinidad Rancheria.
4. Resolution 2025-07; Updating the Building Permit Fee Schedule.
5. City Response to a letter of inquiry from the California Department of Housing and Community Development regarding implementation of the City’s Housing Element.
6. Authorize staff to submit a project application to the Humboldt County Association of Governments (HCAOG) for 2026 State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) funding to rehabilitate the pavement on Edwards Street.
