1.CALL TO ORDER – Mayor Henderson called the meeting to order at 4:33 p.m.
2.ROLL CALL: Council Member Polivy, Vice Mayor Romack, Mayor Henderson, Council Member Klovstad, and Council Member Zabriskie.
Staff Present: Andrew Morris, Town Attorney; Bonnie Thompson-Hardin, Human Resources Administrator; Dan Wilkins, Public Works Director/Town Engineer; Hilary Hobbs, Assistant to the Town Manager; Jen Callaway, Town Manager.

5.2 Conference with Real Property Negotiators – Property Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) APN 019-440-079-000, 10720 Riverview Drive, Truckee, California; and APN 019- 450-055-000, 10500 Brockway Road, Truckee, California. Agency negotiators: Dan Wilkins, Public Works Director/Town Engineer; Andrew Morris, Town Attorney; Jen Callaway, Town Manager; and Hilary Hobbs, Assistant to the Town Manager.
