Town Hall – Administrative Center, 10183 Truckee Airport Rd., Truckee CA As permitted by Government Code Section 54953(e), which allows local agencies to hold virtual meetings during a proclaimed emergency where in-person meetings would present imminent risks to attendees, the February 8, 2022 Truckee Town Council meeting room will not be physically accessible to the public.
1.CALL TO ORDER – Mayor Henderson called the meeting to order at 4:33 p.m.
2.ROLL CALL: Council Member Polivy, Vice Mayor Romack, Mayor Henderson, Council Member Klovstad, and Council Member Zabriskie.
Staff Present: Jen Callaway, Town Manager; and Andy Morris.
3.PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE – deferred.
4.PUBLIC COMMENT – none.
5.CLOSED SESSION
5.1 Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation – (Case TCU21-7943) Government Code Section 54956.9.
