Staff Present: Hilary Hobbs, Assistant to the Town Manager; Nicole Casey, Director of Administrative Services; Bonnie Thompson, Human Resources Administrator; Jen Callaway, Town Manager, and John Jack Hughes with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore.
