Town Council Special Meeting Minutes
July 06, 2022, 3:00 P.M.
The sidewalk adjacent to the northeast corner of the Beacon Gas Station building on the corner of Bridge Steet and Donner Pass Road, Truckee, CA
1. Call to Order – 3:10 p.m.
2. Roll Call: Council Members; Zabriskie, Polivy, Klovstad, Vice Mayor Romack, and Mayor Henderson.
Staff Present: Nola Mitchell, Associate Engineer; Becky Bucar, Engineering Manager; Denyelle Nishimori, Community Development Director; Dan Wilkins, Public Works Direct or/Town Engineer; Jessica Thompson, Senior Civil Engineer; Jen Callaway, Town Manager; and Judy Price, Communications Director Town Clerk.
Council Member Polivy arrived at 3:30 p.m.
Mayor Henderson left the tour at 3:43 p.m.
Mayor Henderson returned to the tour at 4:33 p.m.
Council Member Zabriskie left the tour at 4:46 p.m.

4. Public Comment - none.
5. Tour
5.1 Site Visit to Reimagine Bridge Street, West River Street Streetscape, West River Park, and Truckee River Legacy Trail Phase 4 Project Sites.
Council toured each of the four sites of the: Reimagine Bridge Street, West River Street Streetscape, West River Park, and Truckee River Legacy Trail Phase 4 projects with staff to discuss different aspects of each project.
