1. Call to Order – Mayor Romack called the meeting to order at 10:10 am.
2. Roll Call: Council Members; Zabriskie, Klovstad, Henderson, Vice Mayor Polivy, and Mayor Romack.

5. Workshop Item
5.1 Council Priority and Work Plan Review.

Council Direction:
In order to achieve literary continuity with the other goals and to broaden the goal; modify the fourth goal to read. “Invest in key infrastructure and community connectivity to enhance quality of life for everyone.”
Participate in the regional advisory council on homelessness. Retain a consultant to evaluate funding opportunities for transit, the library, and/or road maintenance.
o Wait and review the South Lake Tahoe efforts on a vacancy tax. Discuss access to health care for council members during the budget process. Facilitate a council discussion on the construction of a park on Town property on West River Street.
Continue to work to resolve audio visual issues in Council Chambers. Develop standards for EV charging stations.
Develop youth engagement program.
Continue the roadside vegetation mitigation program with Truckee Fire. Further discussion on dark sky initiatives.
