 Climate Transformation Alliance (CTA) to fund a portion of this project.

C2414 Dark Skies
 Due to staff capacity, Town will hand this effort over to Truckee Cultural District.  $125,000 to date has been spent on this effort, which includes the $50.000 in rebates, but this does not include support from Sierra Business Council.  Council supports continued funding as staff proposed at $110 but would like to find some additional partners to help fund the effort.
