1. Call to Order: Mayor Zabriskie called the meeting to order at 2:35 p.m.
2. Roll Call: Council Members; Romack, Henderson, Polivy (arrived at 2:49 p.m.), Vice Mayor Klovstad, and Mayor Zabriskie.

5. Workshop Item
5.1 Budget Workshop for Fiscal Year 2025/2026 Operating and Capital Improvement Projects.
Recommended Action: That Council provide staff with direction in preparation of the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 Budget.
Nicole Casey, Administrative Services Director, presented on Project Service Enhancements and Technological Advancements(presentation on file with Town Clerk).
Becky Bucar, Assistant Public Works Director; Alfred Knotts, Transportation Program Manager; Denyelle Nishimori, Community Development Director; and Carissa Binkley, Economic Development Program Analyst, presented on Key Infrastructure and Community Connectivity.
Mayor Zabriskie adjourned for a recess at 4:30 p.m.
Mayor Zabriskie reconvened the meeting at 4:37 p.m.
Danny Renfrow, Police Chief, and James Blattler, Emergency Services Manager, presented on Emergency Preparedness.

Council Discussion:
Council is supportive of advertising for four (4) new positions with an anticipated start date after July 1: Human Resources Technician, Administrative Technician for Keep Truckee Green, and two (2) Trails Positions for summer maintenance. Finish the River Revitalization Steering Committee project first before creating another Capital Improvement Project for the Railyard.
Further discussion on combining a Communities Facilities District in the downtown corridor with the Spring/Church/Jibboom Street project. Finish Trout Creek Restoration Reach 1 project.
Compare options between Church/Spring/Jibboom streetscape project and Jibboom to Stoneridge streetscape project.
Staff to come back with options to increase funding for wildfire mitigation and fuels reduction efforts.
Staff will identify what items are designated for funding under Measure E. Staff will provide summaries and high-level outcomes of spending in each of Council’s Focus Areas.
