The motion passed unanimously.

6.7 Contract Award for Community Recovery and Rebuilding Planning Project (C1913).

Recommended Action: That Council authorize the Town Manager to execute a contract with Redwood Resilience, Response & Recovery to conduct a Community Recovery and Rebuilding Planning Project with a total not-to-exceed amount of $99,787.  Staff clarified that while the scope of the contract does not include incentive programs, it does focus on reducing barriers that delay community recovery. o Adding incentive programs would alter the Request for Proposals, thereby requiring additional consultation with Town Attorney and potentially delaying the project.
