NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to section 54956 of the California Government Code, that a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Tulare is hereby called.
1. CALL TO ORDER SPECIAL MEETING - The special meeting will start at the front of Tulare City Hall, 411 E. Kern Avenue, Tulare.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT - Comments at a special meeting are limited to items listed on the special meeting agenda. Each speaker will be allowed three minutes.
3. TOUR OF CITY PROJECTS - The Tulare City Council will be touring and receiving updates on projects throughout the city. The tour will include traveling to various locations.
3.1 Zumwalt Park Project.
Location: 400 E. Tulare Avenue, Tulare (enter from Kern Avenue) Time: 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
3.2 Business Incubator Project.
Location: 425 E. Kern Avenue, Tulare (next to City Hall; former County Courthouse) Time: 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
3.3 Downtown Rehabilitation Project.
Location: 147 South K Street, Tulare
Time: 9:15 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
3.4 Engie Energy Project.
Location: Live Oak Park, 600 block of North Laspina Street, Tulare Time: 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
