1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Sayre called to order the special meeting of the Tulare City Council at 8:00 a.m. at Tulare City Hall, 411 E. Kern Avenue, Tulare.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
There were no public comments.
3. TOUR OF CITY PROJECTS
The City Council received a tour of six projects around the city. Staff and project managers provided updates on the status of the projects. There was no action taken.
3.1 Zumwalt Park Project.
Location: 400 E. Tulare Avenue, Tulare (enter from Kern Avenue) Time: B:00 a.m. - B:30 a.m.
3.2 Business lncubator Project.
Location: 425 E. Kern Avenue, Tulare (former County Courthouse) Time: B:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
3.3 Downtown Rehabilitation Project.
Location: 147 South K Street, Tulare
Time: 9:15 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
3.4 Engie Energy Project.
Location: Live Oak Park, 600 block of North Laspina Street, Tulare Time: 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
3.5 COS Career Technical Education Building.
Location: 4999 E. Bardsley Avenue, Tulare
Time: 10:45 a.m. - 11.15 a.m.
