1. CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Tulare City Council was called to order at 8:32 a.m. at the Tulare Emergency Homeless Shelter located at 530 E. O Neal Avenue, Tulare.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT
Various public comments were responded to by staff and the contractors.
3. TOUR OF TULARE EMERGENCY HOMELESS SHELTER
Staff provided the City Council a tour of the progress of the Tulare Emergency Homeless Shelter.
Questions by Council were responded to by staff.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Seeing no further business to discuss, the special meeting was adjourned at 9:22 a.m.
