Mayor Bublak called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM.

6. FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 BUDGET WORKSHOP
Review, Discuss and Provide Direction to Staff Regarding the Proposed Fiscal Year 2026- 2027 General and Non-General Fund Budget (Finance)
Finance Director Moreno provided a presentation regarding the proposed Fiscal Year 2026- 2027 General and Non-General Fund Budget. Council reviewed and discussed the proposed budget and provided direction to staff.
Mayor Bublak opened public comment at 9:46 AM and the following members of the public spoke:
