Mariners has become an important part of both my daughter’s and my lives. Through Mariners, we’ve found genuine community, built meaningful relationships, grown in our faith, and had opportunities to serve both within the church and in the broader community. Being part of Mariners has given us a place where we don’t just attend, but where we can actively participate, contribute, and serve others together. As a mother, I especially value having a church community where my daughter can grow up surrounded by people who encourage her to care about others, develop her faith, and understand the importance of serving the community around her. We live in Tustin, and I’m excited about the possibility of having our church establish a permanent presence right here in the city we call home. I believe Mariners can be a meaningful part of Tustin by building relationships, supporting families, and creating opportunities for people to serve and make a positive difference in the community. I understand that there are residents who have questions or concerns about the project, and I respect the Council’s responsibility to carefully consider those perspectives. I simply want to make sure you also hear from residents who are genuinely excited about what this could bring to Tustin. For us, this isn’t just about where a church building goes. It’s about having a community that has become important to our family become part of the city we call home, and having the opportunity to continue serving others together right here in Tustin. Thank you for your time, for listening to residents, and for considering my support of the Mariners Church project. Sincerely, Amy Taylor View and Analyze eComments
