eComment: I'm a parishioner at Mariner's OCRM campus, and I wanted to share my support and excitement for the new campus coming to Tustin Legacy. I am looking forward to having this new congregation strengthen Mariners connection with OCRM and build a new commitment to the Tustin community as a whole. Thank you all for working with Mariners on this. I hope you'll approve Ordinance No. 1581.
