CALL TO ORDER -
Mayor O'Gilvie called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Roll Call - The following Councilmembers were present:
Klink, Mintz, Wright, O'Gilvie. Councilmember Bilderain had an excused absence.
Adjourn to Closed Session - The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 9:03 a.m.

CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENTS
ACTION:
A motion was made by Councilmember Klink, seconded by Councilmember Mintz to authorize the City Manager to purchase a construction easement for the Channel Trail Project, valued at $1600.00.
The above motion was carried by the following:
