CALL TO ORDER - Mayor O'Gilvie called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Roll Call - The following Councilmembers were present: Klink, Mintz, Wright, O'Gilvie. Councilmember Bilderain had an excused absence.
Adjourn to Closed Session - The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 9:03 a.m.
CLOSED SESSION
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (Government Code 54956.8). Property APN# 0618-211-20- 0000. Agency Negotiator: Frank J. Luckino, City Manager, City of Twentynine Palms.
The City Council returned to the Council Chambers at 9:07 A.M.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENTS
ACTION: A motion was made by Councilmember Klink, seconded by Councilmember Mintz to authorize the City Manager to purchase a construction easement for the Channel Trail Project, valued at $1600.00.
