CALL TO ORDER
– Mayor Wright called the special meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.
Pledge of Allegiance – Mayor Wright led the Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call – The following Councilmembers were present: Bilderain, Klink, Mintz, Scott, Wright Changes to the Agenda - None
DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS
Public Arts Advisory Appointments.
RECOMMENDATION
: The City Council appoint Kat Talley-Jones and Ryan Heffington as standing members of the Public Arts Advisory Committee and Kate Lee Short as an alternate to the PAAC.
ACTION:
A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Bilderain, seconded by Councilmember Scott to appoint Kat Talley-Jones and Ryan Heffington as standing members of the Public Arts Advisory Committee and Kate Lee Short as an alternate to the PAAC.
The above motion was carried by the following:

PUBLIC COMMENTS
Cindy Bernard, PAAC Chair, thanked the City Council for selecting the new members.
Mark Spangenberg, President of 29 Palms Art Gallery, said he would like to see all the Councilmembers attend art openings at the gallery.
