CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Wright called the meeting to order at 11:19 a.m.
Roll Call - The following Councilmembers were present: Bilderain, Klink, Mintz, Scott, Wright.

There were no Public Comments.
Adjourn to Closed Session.
CLOSED SESSION
1. Closed Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 (B) (1) Public Employment - Interim City Manager.
2. Closed Session Report - Government Code Section 54957 (B) (1) Consideration of Employment Contract for Interim City Manager.
Mayor Wright announced that the City Council decided to go with Larry Bowden for the Interim City Manager position, pending contract negotiations.
ADJOURNMENT - Mayor Wright adjourned the meeting at 12:04 p.m.
