PUBLIC COMMENTS - There were no Public Comments.
ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION - The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 11:02 a.m.

The City Council returned to the Council Chambers at 12:10 p.m. Mayor Bilderain announced that there was no reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT - Mayor Bilderain adjourned the meeting at 12:10 p.m.
