CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Bilderain called the meeting to order at 10:01 a.m.
Roll Call - The following Councilmembers were present: Mintz, Ramirez, Scott, Wright, Bilderain.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Eric Menendez commented that City Manager James is doing a great job.
Rita Lilly, Twentynine Palms, thanked the City Council for keeping the citizens informed. She commented that this exemplifies honor, courage, and commitment.
ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION- Mayor Bilderain adjourned to Closed Session at 10:06 a.m.
CLOSED SESSION
1. CLOSED SESSION CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION, SIGNIFICANT EXPOSURE TO LITIGATION - GOVERNMENT CODE §54956.9 (D) (2) (1 CASE).
2. CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE §54957 - PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION, CITY MANAGER.
ADJOURNMENT - Mayor Bilderain adjourned the meeting at 11:17 a.m. with nothing to report from the Closed Session.
